'To whom it may concern I first met Tatyana over 5 years ago when I started looking for a new home in the MKE area due to a job transfer. I have moved a few times in my career and selecting a real estate agent that would first listen to what I was looking for, be patient or I should say tolerant with my somewhat random changes of wants or desires and then deliver in a timely manner was extremely important to me. Tatyana and I met for lunch and I knew rather quickly that she had the energy and the desire to ensure that my expectations where going to be met or exceeded. At that time it was what you would call a buyers' market with plenty of inventory available to look at, my past experience would tell me that most realtors would set up showings at each listing that met the basic requirements and I would spend countless weekday hours and weekends looking at houses that was just another house. Not Tatyana. Tatyana knew I was looking for a place to relax, a house full of character on the inside as well as the outside, a place to entertain and place for my family to call home. Her ability to ask the right questions, pickup my subtle body language hints of dislikes/likes and keep asking the same questions but always just a little different to make sure she knew what I was looking for. Her knowledge of the numerous surrounding neighborhoods and which ones offered the amenities our family was wanting narrowed our search dramatically. And she found it quite quickly, a house that I knew the moment we pulled into the driveway, it was my new home. I was way too excited and as giddy as a young teenager about this home and here she was calming me down, making sure I knew the value of what I was wanting and keeping my emotion from making a brash decision. We left and discussed numerous time the overall value and did this house meet all my expectations, she wouldn't stop asking till she knew that it was the one that I really wanted and it was. We submitted the offer and as most real estate transactions, the counter and recounter offers where submitted and rejected but finally accepted, all this time Tatyana was always there offering her thoughts and recommendations on how to proceed. Once accepted, she didn't stop keeping informed on the next steps and after every phone call, she would ask 'are you sure this is the one', 'do you have any further questions'. The closing was great, Tatyana was right there till the end, just to ensure there was no issues. My family absolutely loved the house, the neighborhood, the city and even the state. Tatyana stayed in touch over the last 5 years and it was always great to hear her laughter and see that she kept her passion to always be 'Working for you with Vigor and Tenacity'!!! I was starting to think that this is my final move and I could see ourselves retiring here. My career on the other hand said not so fast.... Our company was growing and they needed me to head to another state. Without hesitation I knew I wanted Tatyana as my selling agent. In todays Covid environment the face to face sit downs was not an option but with Facetime we still sat down and started going over the details of selling a home. She knew we had some time before the transfer and offered some options on how and when to proceed. We opted to have our house pre-inspected to have some piece of mind, we Facetimed tours of the house with Tatyana numerous times to show what we have done, the decluttering process and every time Tatyana would inform us of what the next steps would be. Once the house was 'show ready', Tatyana arranged to the professional photographers to come in and shoot the stills as well as the video, Tatyana drafted such a beautiful write up on the house to include the rich history as well as all the major updates, every room was noted. After the we reviewed the write up and watched the videos, we wanted to buy this house again!! The house went on the market shortly and Tatyana's hard work payed off and we had multiple offers instantly. Tatyana made sure we were will informed on every offer, offered suggestions on counter offers and we ultimately accepted an offer that far exceeded my wildest imaginations. Every step of the closing, Tatyana was there with the phone calls or emails or text messaging to make sure we knew what to expect next. I would say that no one knows the Milwaukee housing market more so than Tatyana and I do consider myself fortunate enough to have Tatyana as both my buying and selling agent. As the sellers, our experience with Tatyana was excellent. She did everything possible to make our house stand out. From advice to photographs to staging to the final closing, which became somewhat complicated. Her calm handling and reassurance helped de-stress the situation. She worked with the title company to make sure all transactions were correct, even though there were last minute changes. She was very prompt in responding to the buyer's agent's requests for information. We don't think anyone could have handled this better than Tatyana. She went way beyond the business details and we would definitely recommend her without hesitation.

Tatyana is an excellent realtor!!! Not only did she consistently meet our expectations, she consistently exceeded them. My husband and I were selling a home that we had built, lived in and loved for 27 years. Tatyana understood the connection we had to our home.
